Did it really fail?
When it comes to failed cryptocurrency transaction, prior to anything else, it is best to check your cryptocurrency address at the relevant blockchain explorer. Blockchair seems to have a most comprehensive list of chains and networks in one search window.
Fail or pending?
Sometimes, due to blockchain congestion or other limitations of the network, the funds are pending "on the block" waiting for confirmations. Some other times, if your wallet gives you option of fee paid to the crypto miners and you select the lowest fee, the miners may leave it as last to confirm your transfer legitimacy. By doing so the delay may be counted even in hours. However, those cases are rare. Currently, our transfers, depending on time of the day and currency, range from 1 to 15 minutes.
Some blockchain explorers provide information about currently pending transactions as well.

Wrong Blockchain - you might be sending a currency from Ethereum ecosystem to the actual Ethereum currency e.g. USDT on Erc-20. Unfortunately, we have no way of recovering the funds in this case. Please be sure to match the currency on both ends - Bombastic and the other vendor, be it Crypto Exchange or another gambling site.
Incomplete data - if you forget to add your Target ID (Destination Tag) for you Ripple (XRP), most likely, we won't be able to recover the funds. It's on case to case basis but many transaction will be permanently lost due to high cost of funds recovery.
